The Center for the Jewish Community of Ridgewood and Bushwick

Beit Aharon is a place where the Jews of Ridgewood and Brooklyn can come together, connect, practice, learn, celebrate, support, and benefit from sharing our heritage as hundreds of generations have done before us.  There are many of us here.  Let's gather together and be a cohesive community!

High Holidays

Rosh Hashanah starts this year the evening of Sunday, September 10.  We will have services the following two mornings.  Yom Kippur starts the evening of Tuesday, September 18.  We will have full services that evening and the whole next day, followed by a break fast.  Please reserve your seats for both of these holidays.  F
or details, please see News & Current Events.

Kabbalat Shabbat

Come to Beit Aharon every Friday evening from now through the summer for our Kabbalat Shabbat service followed by Kiddush and a Shabbat Meal.  Come fulfill the mitzvah to remember the Shabbat and make it holy.  Observing the Shabbat gives Am Yisrael a shared purpose and connection like nothing else.  The service starts at 7:45 PM every week through the beginning of August.  (Check back for schedule changes in August.)
